proWIN Foundation donates 190,000 euros for children's aid projects

On 9 July, the proWIN Foundation presented a total of 190,000 euros to 18 different aid organisations for children and young people in need at a handover ceremony in Reden. Their respective projects were presented in the presence of politicians and the press.

proWIN Foundation

The character of a social society is characterised by its commitment to the weak, especially those who have to overcome a difficult fate. The youngest, who are dependent on good care and support, are often the most affected by sub-optimal living conditions. This is because they are dependent on good care and support. Many children and young people around the world experience a different reality. Their everyday lives are characterised by hardship. The reasons can be manifold: illness, disability, poverty, death of their carer(s), natural disasters or war.

Founded in 2010, the proWIN Foundation has set itself the task of improving the living conditions of affected children and young people. Better living conditions also lead to a chance for a positive future.

The funds provided are channelled into social projects for children and young people in Germany and abroad. Under certain conditions, individual cases can also be supported.

Gabi Winter, patron of the proWIN Foundation, summarises the motivation for the commitment as follows: "Every child in need in the world is exactly one too many."
