Deutsche Kinderkrebstiftung
The Deutsche Kinderkrebsstiftung (DKS), based in Bonn, was founded in 1995 with the aim of supporting children and young people with cancer and their families from the time of diagnosis, during treatment and beyond.
The foundation's important tasks include
- financial support for families in need,
- the promotion of clinical and patient-oriented research projects to improve the chances of recovery and treatment options,
- Offers such as the KinderCamp (Waldpiraten-Camp) in Heidelberg,
- and the SyltKlinik, a family-oriented rehabilitation facility especially for families with children suffering from cancer.
Our support for the DKS
We are proud and grateful that our sales partners represent these important projects as sponsors and that we as the proWIN Foundation have been able to achieve so much together.

In a festive setting, the project sponsors - the Guni family and the Engelhardt family - were able to hand over two symbolic donation cheques from the foundation to the German Children's Cancer Foundation in Bonn. The proWIN Foundation is thus sending a strong signal of solidarity.
15,000 euros will go to the KinderCamp in Heidelberg, a place where children with cancer can find relaxation, community and new strength after strenuous periods of therapy.
The remaining 15,000 euros will go to the SyltKlinik, a rehabilitation facility run by the German Children's Cancer Foundation, where families with children suffering from cancer can spend time together, receive care and support.
